This is a bag closure system where the main clasp is spring loaded. You insert it into the other piece and it will spring up to keep the bag closed. Pressing down releases the closure to allow the bag to be opened. There are four pieces- the front two parts and two backing pieces to keep the buckle attached to the bag.
